BUILDING INTERIORS
The quality and sophistication used in the finishing of the building's public places — from the lobby to the underground parking — meet the most demanding world standards of luxury hotels and mansions. It is important for us that the lobby becomes your favorite place to relax on a hot day if you need to wait for your relatives for dinner, or a place for business meetings if you need to solve an urgent work issue — the very place where it’s nice to have small talk with like-minded neighbors.
When designing public spaces, we thought about a comfortable transition between an active urban environment and the comfort of your apartments. For this purpose, we used natural, noble materials and colors in the decoration, such as marble, wood, brass.

ELEVATORS
Fast, silent, safe — these are our requirements for elevators, so we installed NIKAN 5000 MR AMBASADOR business class elevators. For your convenience and privacy, we have installed
a separate elevator that only serves
the 8th, 9th and 10th floors.
WINDOWS
Our apartments are located on the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the house, offering magnificent views of the city. Therefore, panoramic windows are so important for us, for which we’ve chosen the energy-saving two- and three-chamber double-glazed windows with Rehau profile. They also help provide sound insulation and comfortable temperatures all year round.
WALLS
Inter-apartment walls are made of two layers of foam concrete blocks — environmentally friendly, fire-resistant and safe for your health, with a low percentage of water absorption and resistance to sudden temperature changes.
NOISE ISOLATION
Intimacy is a characteristic that we considered in all details. We paid special attention to materials that provide perfect soundproofing. For the comfort of the building’s inhabitants, a layer of Danofon (Spain) soundproofing membrane was laid in all inter-apartment and interior walls.
